Oat Bran Muffins(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. oat bran (buy from bulk bins)
    1/4 walnuts, chopped (optional)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    3/4 c. non-fat milk
    1/3 c. honey
    2 eggs, beaten (or egg substitute)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line muffin cups with paper liners or coat with vegetable oil.
