Tomato And Basil Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 plum tomatoes or 1 can peeled whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt to taste
    fresh pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes.
    Peel and chop garlic, then saute garlic in oil until golden.
    Add tomatoes quickly to avoid splattering.
    Mix the basil with the tomato mixture.
    Cook on low for one half hour.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss with favorite pasta.
