Chow Chow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. onions
    5 lb. green tomatoes
    3 1/2 lb. cabbage
    3 to 4 sweet peppers
    2 Tbsp. white mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    7 hot peppers
Preparation
    Put onions, tomatoes, cabbage and sweet and hot peppers through coarse blade of food grinder.
    Add other ingredients. Cook until color changes.
    Pack hot mixture into hot, sterilized jars.
    Seal with new canning lids.
