Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

6 medium potatoes
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes whole; do not overcook. Cool and grate coarsely. Melt oleo and grated cheese; stir in sour cream.
Dot top with oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
