Cheese Potatoes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut as French fries
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with butter, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Put cheese over potatoes and add cream. Bake one hour at 400\u00b0 or 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
