Shrimp Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) soft cream cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of salt
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deveined shrimp or 6 oz. frozen shrimp, cooked and cooled
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, mustard, onion, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and salt. Drain shrimp and cut into small pieces and stir into cheese mixture.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Form into 3 1/2 dozen 1/2-inch balls or one large cheese round.
    Roll in nuts. Serve chilled or bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
