Vanilla Cappuccino - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1/2 whole vanilla bean, split
2 Tbsp. packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) strong, brewed Espresso coffee
ground cinnamon
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine milk and vanilla.
Scald the milk. Remove from the heat.
Cover and let milk steep for 5 minutes.
If you like your coffee sweetened, stir sugar into milk.
Reheat milk briefly over high heat until steaming.
Remove the vanilla bean. Transfer milk to blender.
Whirl milk until frothy (45 seconds). Half fill 2 warmed coffee mugs with hot coffee.
Add the hot milk, dividing it evenly.
Sprinkle the cinnamon lightly on top.
