Hot Lettuce Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce
bacon
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. mayo
4 Tbsp. sugar
salt
pepper
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Wash and drain lettuce.
Fry chipped bacon on low heat.
Beat together eggs, mayo and sugar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add vinegar and water to mixture.
Mix well and pour in a frypan along with bacon and bacon grease.
Stir over low heat until sauce thickens.
Set aside until cool enough to pour over lettuce.
