Hot Tamales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. meal
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. table salt
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Crumble raw ground beef well; mix together the next 7 ingredients well.
Then mix into the ground beef.
Add the water and mix well.
Form into cylinder shapes approximately 5 to 6 inches long and about as big around as your thumb.
