Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

escarole
romaine lettuce
iceberg lettuce
1 purple onion
1 large tomato
Mozzarella cheese, cut in long 1 x 4-inch strips
hard salami
1 can chickpeas, drained
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Wash greens and break into pieces.
Cut up onion into rings and cut up tomatoes.
Toss with greens. Mix oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake dressing well.
