Company Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
6 slices buttered bread
1 doz. eggs
1 small container sour cream
2 c. milk
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain on paper towel. Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan, butter side up. Mix eggs, sour cream and milk. Spread sausage over bread. Pour egg mixture over sausage. Top with cheese. Cover and store in refrigerator 12 hours or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
Serves 12.
