Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 skinless chicken breasts
1 c. diced tomato
2/3 c. diced red bell pepper
1 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2/3 c. chopped green onion
2/3 c. chopped mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1/3 c. white wine
1/4 c. white Worcestershire
Preparation

Melt butter in saute pan; blanch garlic in melted butter until translucent.
Add tomato, green onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms and Worcestershire.
Spread mustard onto chicken breasts and add to saute pan; add half of the white wine.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn chicken; add remaining white wine; cover and cook another 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
