Chesapeake Oysters Rockefeller - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. oysters (freshly shucked)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
6 drops hot sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Preparation

Arrange oysters in a single layer in greased shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Spread over oysters.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until top is hot and bubbly.
