Rhubarb Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. rhubarb, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/3 c. sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 to 1/2 c. margarine
pinch of cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Butter a 2-quart casserole.
Arrange rhubarb pieces in layers alternately with peel and 1 1/3 cups sugar.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients for crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
