Sherry'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
2 medium apples, thinly sliced

Preparation

Mix together eggs and oil; beat until foamy.
Add sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Mix together well and add nuts. Mix well and add flour.
Mix well; add apples and put into a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Start checking it at 50 minutes. Sometimes it needs to cook about 10 minutes more so put foil over the top so the crust doesn't get to brown.
