Canadian Cheese And Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. carrots (2 carrots)
    1/4 c. celery (3 stocks)
    1 box broccoli
    1/4 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients in blender to chop fine.
    Then simmer in 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, milk, chicken broth and paprika.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Add cheese, a little at a time.
    Simmer; do not boil.
    Ready when all blended. Makes 8 cups.
