Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 carton sour cream
    chopped onion and green pepper to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, soups, seasonings and sour cream in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 12 servings.
