Crock-Pot Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo or butter
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
    2 to 3 c. cooked deboned chicken, chopped
    1 large skillet corn bread
    2 tsp. sage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo until transparent.
    Crumble corn bread; add sage, salt and pepper.
    Mix beaten eggs with soups and broth.
    Stir ingredients together and fold in chopped chicken. Put in crock-pot.
    Cook on high 45 minutes.
    Turn on low (stir mixture) and continue cooking 4 to 6 hours.
