Meat Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    3 to 4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on.
    Brown hamburger; drain.
    Peel potatoes and slice.
    In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer hamburger, potatoes and onion.
    Pour soup mixture (1/2 cup milk and soup) over top and down sides.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
