Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 whole eggs
Preparation

Heat water, butter, sugar and salt to boiling point, then add flour.
Stir vigorously and cook until batter leaves side of pan and follows spoon.
Remove from stove.
While still hot, add eggs one at a time and beat well after each egg, then drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet 2 inches apart.
When cold, cut with sharp knife and fill with cream filling.
Bake 50 minutes (at 425\u00b0 for first 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes longer). Serves 18.
