Out Of This World Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 large egg
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
vegetable oil for frying
1 c. milk

Preparation

Dip chops in beaten egg, then in Italian bread crumbs.
In a skillet, brown chops on both sides.
Place browned chops in a casserole with the milk and cover.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Yum, yum!
