Mint Taffy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. golden syrup
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 pinch cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, syrup and honey in saucepan; cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
    Add cream of tartar and boil for 20 minutes.
    Add vanilla, butter and peppermint.
    Return to boil; pour into buttered pan.
    Cool and pull until smooth; cut into squares.
