Wild Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    2 lb. sausage
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. Milnot
    sliced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook wild rice according to package directions.
    Meanwhile brown sausage and then stir in onions and mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Mix in soup and Milnot.
    Put into casserole dish and top with slices of Velveeta cheese.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
