German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add flour and milk. Beat until smooth, but don't overbeat.
    Melt butter in bottom of cooking pan.
    Pour butter in pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 on middle shelf for 20 to 25 minutes.
