Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs.
    Stir cream cheese until well softened.
    Blend in 1/2 milk until mixture is very smooth.
    Add remaining 1/2 milk and pudding mix.
    Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
    Pour into pan.
    Chill.
    Top with cherry or strawberry pie filling.
