No Fat No Mess Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. oat bran or 2 c. oatmeal
Preparation

Smash 3 good sized bananas in a mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla, oatmeal and oat bran (or you can just use oatmeal).
Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on how hard you want them.
