Salmon Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    2 lb. Idaho potatoes, cubed
    1 lb. onions, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 or 2 pods cayenne pepper (optional)
    small slab fatback (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onions, salt and pepper with fatback until potatoes are done.
    Add salmon and cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes; serve.
