Salmon Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon
milk
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 tomato, wedged
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Drain salmon, reserving liquid and flake it.
Add milk to salmon liquid to make 2 cups.
Saute onion in margarine.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk and salmon liquid.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
