Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Egg
    1 C. Flour
    3\\4 C. Milk
    1 tbsp. Sugar
    2 tbsp. Oil
    3 tsp. Baking Powder
    1\\2 tsp. Salt
    1\\2 C. Fresh or Frozen Blueberries, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Beat egg untill fluffy. Mix in remaining ingredients, until smooth. For thinner pancakes, add 1\\4 cup Milk.
    Grease heated griddle. For each pancake, pour 3 tbsp. of batter. Cook until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other side. Makes 9 four inch pancakes.
