Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. coconut
2 c. chopped pecans
4 c. chopped apple (2 c. Granny Smith and 2 c. Red Delicious)
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and soda in large bowl.
Add oil, vanilla and beaten eggs and mix well.
Batter will be stiff.
Stir in apples.
Add coconut and pecans.
Mix well.
Spoon into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Place cake on serving plate.
