Raddicchio, Arugula And Endive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head raddicchio
    2 bunches arugula
    2 heads Belgian endive
    1/4 to 1/2 c. light olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 clove finely chopped garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Tear endive, arugula and raddicchio into bite size pieces. Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve after tossing.
    Serves 4.
