Zucchini Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1 heaping c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix 4 eggs, oil and zucchini.
    Add this to flour mixture and stir well until flour is moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Bake in muffin pans at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
