Italian Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 stick oleo
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1 rib Ritz crackers, crushed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Save some oleo for top of casserole.
Put butter, celery and onion in microwave until butter melts.
Cook vegetables according to package.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drain and mix everything together.
Grease dish and add ingredients.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers (crushed) and remaining oleo on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
