Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave ground beef 2 to 3 minutes until brown; drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and water.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and pepper.
    In baking dish, spoon 1/2 cup sauce, alternating layers of noodles, egg mixture, cheese and sauce, forming 2 layers. Heat, covered, for 8 minutes on High, then on Medium-low, covered, for 30 to 32 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
