Spanakopita(Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh spinach, or 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 eggs
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    a little Parmesan cheese
    1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
    1/2 bunch dill, chopped
    1 bunch green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 lb. phyllo (filo) dough
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Layer 5 sheets of dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.
    Spread 1/3 of ingredients over top layer to 1/4-inch from edges.
    Roll like a jelly roll. Cut into pieces with knife.
    Repeat procedure for 2 more rolls. Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 30 to 35 minutes, or freeze to be baked and served later.
    Also good served cold.
