Cheddar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. regular flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir until moistened.
    Don't overmix.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans, 2/3 full. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Remove from pans immediately. Makes 1 dozen.
