Spicy Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. spaghetti (uncooked)
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (undrained) with green chilies
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Return to same pan. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken. Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 minutes until cooked through. Add Velveeta, soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies, mushrooms and milk. Stir on low heat until Velveeta is melted. Add chicken mixture to pasta. Toss to coat. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6 to 8.
