Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes
2 medium green peppers
1 large cucumber
1/2 c. sliced Greek olives
6 oz. Feta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Clean and cube tomatoes, peppers and cuke.
Combine with olives and crumbled Feta cheese, salt and pepper.
In a small jar, shake, until well blended, all remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables and toss.
Let stand 1 hour before serving.
