Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    4 c. herb stuffing (Pepperidge Farm; 8 oz. bag)
    2 large onions, minced
    8 eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to recipe and squeeze off all liquid. Mix spinach, stuffing, onions, eggs, cheese, garlic, butter, salt and pepper.
    Chill 2 hours or longer.
    Roll mixture into about 75 balls, 1-inch in diameter.
    Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Heat 20 to 25 minutes on cookie sheet before serving.
