Egg Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk.
    Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Mix together.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Good plain or with your favorite syrup.
