Green Salad With Pine Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 to 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    white vinegar
    olive oil
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. pine nuts, toasted
Preparation
    Boil garlic in water for 5 minutes.
    Remove garlic and crush in a wooden bowl.
    Add Dijon mustard to make a paste.
    Add vinegar and oil to taste and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour over romaine lettuce, toss and add pine nuts.
