Broccoli With Parmesan Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads broccoli
    2 c. water
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut the broccoli into florets.
    Place them in a saucepan with 2 cups of water.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and drain immediately.
    Place broccoli in a buttered ovenproof dish.
