Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. hot water, mixed with 1 tsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar and eggs.
Add oil.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add coffee.
Pour into cake batter slowly.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
