Stuffed Hungarian Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 Hungarian peppers (hot or mild)
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage (bulk)
    1 small can white crab meat
    long grain rice
Preparation
    Saute sausage until brown.
    Mix crab meat with sausage. De-seed peppers and stuff sausage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
