Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
chocolate chips
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips.
Mix batter until smooth, if batter is too thick add more milk.
Grease skillet, preheat until water dances on skillet.
Pour batter onto skillet.
Drop approximately 6 chocolate chips into each pancake.
Turn pancake over when bubbles form.
