Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Mix water, egg and vinegar with a fork and add to flour.
    Chill for 15 minutes.
    Dough can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days or frozen until ready to use.
    Makes 2 double crusts for 9-inch shell.
