Homemade Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 qt. bucket peak green tomatoes (heaping full), cut fine in food chopper
    4 lb. sugar
    2 tsp. cloves and cinnamon
    2 lemons, cut fine
    1 c. vinegar
    2 lb. raisins
    2 tsp. allspice and nutmeg
Preparation
    Bring to boil tomatoes, lemon and vinegar; add sugar and spices.
    Cook low and just before done, add raisins.
    Put into jars hot and seal.
