Clam Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans clams (small), well drained
Preparation

Cream everything, except clams.
Blend in clams.
Spread on crackers (Ritz or your choice).
Decorate with olive slices or pimento strips.
Can spread on thin buttered pieces of bread (white, rye or pumpernickel).
Can cut bread into fancy shapes. Toast under broiler.
Watch carefully.
Makes about 50.
