Chinese Crunch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head nappa cabbage
5 to 6 green onions, thinly sliced or minced
1/3 stick butter or margarine
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
1/2 c. sesame seed
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Slice cabbage very thin.
Toss with chopped onion.
Melt butter.
Crumble Ramen noodles in package.
Brown noodles, almonds and sesame seed.
Cool mixture.
Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss all ingredients together.
Can be made ahead, but store in separate containers until ready to serve.
