Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (can use frozen pie shells)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add flour and beaten eggs.
    Add flavoring mixed with buttermilk; mix well.
    Pour mixture into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
